Instructions for repair, replacement or refund:

1) Please include a copy of your invoice if you have it.
2) Download and complete the RETURN FORM, print it and include with your return.
3) Package the straw so as to avoid further breakage. (Don't worry about any very small pieces or shards.)

IMPORTANT: Please return in a sturdy corrogated box. We have had returns arrive in envelopes with the straw missing. It is difficult to honor a return that does not arrive.
We encourage you not to use plastic in your packaging.
